Ashley Loren Becker Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Spa Management

Ms. Becker brings four years of professional experience to Serenity Day Spa. A day spa and massage therapy practice, it specializes in deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, hot stone, pregnancy and Swedish massages, relaxation and esthetician facials, body exfoliation, herbal and body wraps, ear candling, and scalp and foot treatments. Ms. Becker excels in managing the front office, performing administrative duties and ensuring high standards of customer service. Her responsibilities at the spa include answering telephones, scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing therapists' daily schedules, assisting clients, assisting therapists with setups for spa services, serving as a personal assistant to the spa owner, and keeping the office organized by filing documents, creating spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, sales receipts in QuickBooks, and rough drafts of advertisements in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

A graduate of American InterContinental University, Ms. Becker holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration. Prior to taking on her current position, she first honed her skills in the banking industry and worked as a ballet teacher in Germany, where she served as the leader of a family readiness group. She considers her European sojourn to be the highlight of her career to date. Ms. Becker aims to work in advertising and, to this end, looks forward to returning to school to study marketing and advertising.
