Ms. Starnella excels in hair coloring and developing hair care products. She used her talent, knowledge and experience to develop QuickTint, new, professional, instant, waterproof hair root touch-up, used to hide gray hair roots quickly and easily in between professional colorings. She has developed 12 colors for women and is currently working towards expanding the men's products to two more colors. As president and chief executive officer, Ms. Starnella is responsible for building relationship with her customers, exhibiting expos showcasing the latest products, promoting hair shows and working with beauty editors for various magazines and product lines. She began her career as an art director of salons and considers being able to work with celebrities and fashion editors of magazines like Vogue to be the rewarding aspect of her career. Her editorials on hair coloring techniques have appeared in magazines such as Vogue and Allure. In the future, she hopes to add new products and distribute them globally through www.quicktint.net.

Ms. Starnella, a licensed cosmetologist from New York and California, earned her Associate in Arts in Fashion Illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York City in 1970. She is affiliated with the Product Development and Management Association. She stays current with the trends in fashion by attending hair shows and classes, and reading editorials of L'Oreal.
