Ton V. Lee Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Dental Services
Dr. Lee views advancing dental awareness to be the most crucial aspect of his work, especially in an age when the general public has little access to quality dental care, not realizing that many diseases stem from not taking care of one's mouth, teeth and gums.


    /Beauty News Articles/ - Las Vegas, NV, June 29, 2008, Dr. Ton V. Lee, Dentist for Summerlin Smiles, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in dental services.

Dr. Lee has eight years of professional experience in dentistry. An expert in general, cosmetic and orthodontic dentistry, he is responsible for treating patients and overseeing the operations of two offices. He views advancing dental awareness to be the most crucial aspect of his work, especially in an age when the general public has little access to quality dental care, not realizing that many diseases stem from not taking care of one's mouth, teeth and gums. When he was still a dental student, he treated a woman whose family did not believe in dental care and whose teeth were grossly decayed; after he gave her a makeover, she wrote him an emotional letter to thank him for the difference that he made and for helping her smile for the first time in years. Dr. Lee considers this moment to be the most rewarding of his career to date, and looks forward to bringing positive change to the lives of even more people. He attributes his success to his work ethic and the support he receives from his parents.

A graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry, Dr. Lee holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences and Biology from University of California, Irvine. He is affiliated with the Southern Nevada Dental Society, the Nevada Dental Association and the American Dental Association, and volunteers regularly with local charities and with the "One a Day" program, wherein he offers pro bono dental work.
