A 38-year veteran of the beauty industry, Elizabeth Rivera specializes in facial and body massage. She brings this expertise to My Nirvana, a spa and salon that blends traditional techniques with state-of-the-art spa therapies to pamper the body, soothe the spirit, and renew one's zest for life. The most hands-on of owners, Ms. Rivera performs a variety of procedures, from hair removal and eyelash and eyebrow tinting to microdermabrasion and salt glows. She also handles important administrative tasks such as overseeing finances, staffing, marketing, and managing public relations. The recipient of numerous service and performance awards, she attributes her success to her diligence and determination to provide the best spa experience to her customers.

Ms. Rivera became a certified esthetician in 1970 through the prestigious Christine Valmy International School in New York City. She is a member of the National Coalition of Estheticians. Her goals for the next five years include expanding her business, incorporating a hair restoration clinic in her spa, and hiring more estheticians so that she can take on a greater administrative role within the company.
