Drawing on 17 years of professional experience, Susan B. Belicka functions as proprietor of Freckle Face Dog Grooming, a mobile pet grooming company. She has been in business since 1997 and is in charge of all operations. A licensed groomer, she is responsible for handling pets, overseeing marketing and accounting, coordinating programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ms. Belicka earned an Associate Degree in Business Marketing and worked for 20+ years in a direct marketing firm in New York City. She also became a licensed groomer and completed training at the New York School of Dog Grooming. She attends grooming seminars and has completed the American Red Cross Pet First Aid Course. A bona fide animal lover, she names North Shore Animal League America and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals as her favorite charities.
