President and co-founder of basq skin care, Ms. Parisier is responsible for all facets of her business from sales and marketing to new business development, new products and consumer insights. Her passion is idea creation and her forte is identifying consumer needs and emerging industry trends. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts with honors in History and a minor in English from the University of Pennsylvania, she went on to receive her Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University. Members of the Cosmetic Executive Women's Council, she and her business partner Kelli Kenny are strong advocates for women owned businesses. In 2009, the basq product line was named World's Best in Maternity Skin care by Susie Gershman in her best selling Frommer's Shopping guide. In 2010, basq's Rebalancing Facial Cleanser won an iParenting Product Excellence Award.

Ms. Parisier and Ms. Kenny created the basq line with the idea of addressing the changing skin care needs of expecting and new mothers.
