Throughout her career, she has cultivated her expertise in cosmetology, customer service and satisfaction, and business management. Ms. Erickson oversees her salon's daily operations in addition to providing full-service hair and skin packages. In recognition of her work, Ms. Erickson was recently named a VIP of the Year by Cambridge Who's Who. Ms. Erickson is a certified cosmetologist and esthetician. In 1975, she graduated from Cape Cod Community College with an associate degree in retail management.
